On 26/6, in Hanoi, General Department of Tourism (Ministry of Culture) and Telecommunication Corporation MobiFone (Ministry of Information and Communication) signed a cooperation agreement to promote the image of Vietnam's tourism through mobile networks .
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Nguyen Van Tuan, General Director of Tourism, said the tourism industry determine the application of information technology will be a breakthrough in the promotion, tourism promotion travel photos especially electronic marketing on smartphones.

The Directorate of Tourism will provide a complete database, diverse, mainstream and increasingly update Vietnam Halo port and MobiFone subscribers, with the aim of attracting international tourists as well as promoting domestic tourism.
"In the future, customers can book and register online travel services portal through Halo Vietnam," Mr. Cao Duy Hai, general director of MobiFone said.
